Novation Landscapes and Irrigation

I could not be happier with Novation. They designed and built raised beds in our backyard. They adjusted the irrigation and planted beautiful plants and flowers. I originally contacted Novation to have a irrigation system installed. We have nine acres and a lake. All our grass and most bushes were dead when we bought our house so a small irrigation job became a huge project when we decided to have a well drilled and use the lake as our irrigation water. We had a dirt path from the garage to the backyard, now we have a beautiful walkway.

The retention wall was improved and sod and plants, trees, bushes were planted. I can't say enough good things about Brandon and his crew. Everyone was friendly and worked hard. We had a complicated project but it went smoothly and was completed when it was scheduled to be completed. Brandon is good at keeping us informed and let us know how things were going in the beginning before we moved in the house. He sent pictures of the progress. I intend to hire them for future maintance and projects.

My retaining wall was failing and most landscapers only wanted to bid for full replacement way outside my budget! Novation was able to offer a repair option at a fraction of the cost, installing critical drainage, fixing sinkholes, complete with a beautiful new fence and grass. As a detail person, I struggle to hand my projects over to contractors, but Brandon and his crew were very responsive and accepted nothing less than excellence. I can't recommend Novation enough!

Brandon has paid several visits to our new home. Ultimately two French drains were needed, both a massive surprise based upon information (not.) given before buying this home in Tyler. The team is engaged, diligent, and responsive. Three pre-work visits with material drops and utility checks, eleven-hours day of, a couple of (or few!) hundred feet of material, no idea how many yards of rock, and a confident attitude and approach to this project, have given us a sense of security that our new home will no longer flood. We are grateful!

I can not recommend Brandon and his crew highly enough. I had a tough irrigation problem that another company couldn't get right, and Novation was able to come in and get the job done at a reasonable prices. It was a multi-day job, but they cleaned up for themselves at the end of every day so the yard wasn't in disarray. Brandon is also very quick to respond, and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressed with this company.

As a former builder in east Texas, Novation is the first company I always call when contracting new development. I've used just about every landscape company in the area, and while I would recommend many of them, none of them even come close to matching the innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs that Brandon and his team come up with. And if that weren't enough, I would confidently say that for what they deliver, they also offer the best value in east Texas.

Novation Landscapes & Irrigation did an outstanding job for us in creating the perfect outdoor space while addressing several critical drainage issues. When we began this process, we didn't know what to do with what was virtually a swamp in our backyard due to underground springs and poor drainage. Cost was also a concern. Brandon listened carefully to what we were hoping to achieve, and he started there, but then he went so much further by striving to engineer the perfect outdoor setting for our family and incorporating the necessary drainage control into that.

We were taken aback by both his design skills and depth of knowledge. Even better was his crew of talented craftsmen that made it all happen. They were incredibly hard-working, very respectful & kind, and the site was ALWAYS kept clean. In the end, the finished product did solve our drainage issues completely~ but it also transformed our disaster of a yard into a place we want to spend all our free time in.

It was an unexpected surprise that we would be so deliriously happy with what they achieved. It just works. Everything just works and fits our lifestyle perfectly. It's the kind of success that really can only be achieved through using a quality designer who actually knows what he's doing - and Brandon does! We can honestly say that was money well spent. We are so in love with our new home, it will truly be our happy place for many years to come.

We were losing soil around our home on the creek side and needed to build a retaining wall. We interviewed several contractors and after having gone and seen some of Brandon's work for ourselves, we chose to go with Novation Landscape. Brandon was very detail oriented and very specific in his appraisal, which none of the other contractors offered.

Novation Landscapes did my sprinkler irrigation system. Good! With the record Texas drought going on my large lawn was turing to toast. I called around and had Novation come out and give me a bid. They were not the bottom line cheapest, but Brandon knew his business, had good references and quoted some better grade equipment than the other guys. The decision was a no-brainer and they did not disappoint me.

The crew went to work in a couple of days did not tear up the yard, fixed it so the furrows were minimized and cleaned everything up before they finished. Excellent work by pros. I will be using them for other projects soon.

Brandon, the owner, came to my home and gave me a very competitive bid. Moreover, he had terrific ideas I would have never thought of. His English is perfect of course ... but I have had trouble communicating with other contractors in the past. They replanted new shrubs all around my house with new topsoil and installed a new sprinkler system. His crew was punctual, did the work with total professionalism and then CLEANED UP EVERYTHING before they left .. What more can you ask for?
