Epic installed the sprinkler system at our house. When we called to offer to pay them to come mark their sprinkler lines so we could have a fence installed, they outright refused to perform the service. Predictably, the fence installer came, broke the sprinkler line, and told us Epic had installed the line directly along the boundary instead of inside the boundary as it should have. Still waiting to see if Epic replies to my request for information about getting the line fixed, but I'm not holding my breath. 0 out of 5

Working with EPIC was a great experience! Met with Carson about what we wanted to have done. Didn't know too much about specific plants but their suggestions and recommendations look fantastic. You can tell they take pride in making everything look perfect and they are very competitively priced. EPIC also has followed up multiple times to ensure we didn't have any further questions, and to make sure the plants are looking healthy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get landscaping done!

Epic does my apartment landscaping and does a terrible job. They cut any corner possible. My complex is in the back, so they either skip the yard entirely or put in absolute minimum effort. It literally looks like a overgrown jungle all of the time compared to the front of complex by leasing office. Weeds everywhere and everything overgrown all of the time. Literally every time after they come I have to put in a complaint to my apartment management that they skipped the lawn in front of my apartment as well as all the surrounding lawns in the back of the complex. as usual.

This is absolutely the worst landscaping company I have ever had at an apartment complex I have lived in. They just came today in the pouring down rain and left wet grass and mud all over my porch so I went out and cleaned all the wet grass off before it stained the concrete (they never blow the grass off). I no sooner clean everything off then the owner of the company decided that now is a good time to put fertilizer down, really, at the end of May? Well, he blew it all over our porches and you guessed it, they never came back to blow it off.
They are just the sloppiest of all the landscaping companies that I know of. If you are a business reading this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I don't care if they are the cheapest, look elsewhere! I gave them one star only because I couldn't give them none! I have contacted this company about their sloppy work but they simply could care less! Terrible customer service also!
