My backflow device broke from a freeze and I was unable to use my sprinkler system. Blue Water was quick to respond to my service request and very easy to schedule. I ended up not being able to be home when the work was performed, but Roberto and his crew took care of everything and it all looks great and my sprinkler system has worked without a hitch since! Free of charge, Roberto even insulated my water service line into my house so a future freeze doesn't impact us. I would definitely use Blue Water irrigation in the future!

I'm a happy customer! I think all of my irrigation system works for the first time in probably 5-6 years! Ramon and Jose knew what needed to be done and had what they needed to do it. I recently contacted Blue Water to do a sprinkler check. They came out within 3 business days and replaced several sprinkler heads and a control valve, all that in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. I will certainly use them in the future for all of my sprinkler work.

Blue Water Irrigation's staff was on top of my request from my initial attempts to schedule service. I travel a great deal and I'm not easy to reach but Elena continued to reach out to me until we were able to schedule a time I would be home. The crew that showed up (on time) was very professional, friendly and helpful. Roberto took the time to walk the yard with me to gather all of my requests. After his crew was finished, Roberto walked me through everything they found and fixed as well as took the initiative to suggest how I might consider setting up my sprinkler controller and drain my system to prevent backflow valve damage given the weather had turned pretty cold.

I read the other reviews left for this company and was surprised by the difference between my experience and those of 2 other reviewers. But, I can only speak to my experience and I was very pleased. And, I'm a stickler for customer service.

Jordan came out to where I work and looked at the job. They provided a drawing of what would be done and quoted cost and lead time. Their quote was competitive. They showed up when promised, completed the work and then came back to show my team how to run the system. It was programmed per our instructions. I highly recommend them. Lawrence the sprinkler repair man came out on time and diagnosed the problems I was having and repaired them. Him and his helper did a wonderful job. He made sure that I knew how everything worked before they left. They put my sprinkler in 2 1/2 years ago awesome company. He also explained to me a few things that I did not remember back when they put the system in. Thank you guys for everything. I definitely highly recommend them. . A Job
