The Clearwater Story began 32 years ago when Tim and Susan Wilson met in Phoenix, Arizona. Their combined backgrounds in architecture and fine arts provided a natural transition into landscape design. Extensive travel experiences have also supplied the Clearwater Group with endless inspiration to draw upon.

The Design Deposit will cover all designs and revisions for this project, including a detailed blueprint. Your individualized design is the sole property of The Clearwater Group; not authorized for any other contractors' use. The deposit is non-refundable and does not bind you to construction by The Clearwater Group.
