Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness They haven't been out but once during the last snowstorm and they did a very poor job on our side walk the mailman couldn't get to the mail to our mailbox I will definitely try to get them fired next year at the annual meeting of the HOA

Bruno's removed my old lawn and installed a new seeded lawn. My yard is between 1/4 and 1/2 acre. They needed to level the soil because I recently had sewer work done and lawn was very uneven. Unfortunately it rained very hard - a downpour - the two days following completion of this job. Soil and seed washed out into drainage ditch. Dan recommended I get the yard aerated. He recommended Jump Start.
The temperatures climbed into the 90's and Jump Start said it was too hot to do aeration. Unfortunately even with daily watering seed is not getting enough water. Heat has further damaged new grass. Lawn is very patchy with rain tracks to the drainage ditch. I emailed Dan explaining this and requested a phone call. He didn't return the call. For a company whose product is customer service this is really poor. Dan should have known aeration was needed. I could have included that in his job order or had it done prior to his starting this job. $2600 later I am on my own trying to fix this mess. Very disappointed!

I had them come out on 3/26 to give me a quote on yard regrade and yard drains. I was told a few days for a quote and when I didn't receive it I sent an email. I was told they were behind and to give them until another day. I waited a few days after that day past and sent another email. I was told still behind on quotes. To this day I still haven't received a quote.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Tried to get an estimate and Dan never even bothered. It used to be a lot different under the Bruno name. Sorry to see such a great company fall apart under new ownership.

Great local company to work with! Met with Dan two months prior to installing my lawn to get a quote. They were reasonable and able to help keep us within our budget for installing a new lawn. Their crew was efficient and hard working. They worked on our yard all day until the job was done right made sure that we were happy with the work done. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new lawn installation and/or landscaping in general.
They also work within a family of companies that also provided us with a lawn care plan for fertilization and further continued growth of our yard. Dan was very easy to work with and I appreciated all the hard work that they did for us. Give them a call if you're looking for any work done around your home.

I've worked with Bruno/Dan for 8 years or so. I was sad to see that Bruno retired, as he was the one landscaper who would always return your calls. Dan has been very reasonable and fair with me since he took over for Bruno. They laid down sod for my yard last fall and finished in the pouring rain. Dan even stopped by to make sure the job was done even with dealing with a personal situation he informed me about. I'll text Dan randomly about a question, and he always gets back to me. Dan's crew is also very good, and takes pride in their work. I would recommend them (and have) to others.

Terrible communicators. Dan is the guy I dealt with. No call and no showed on two seperate occasions. If you can't show up for appointments or even call then I consider myself lucky they didn't do any actual work. Be accountable. Dan is the furthest thing from it. Which in turn makes Brunos look terrible as far as I'm concerned.
