The guys at Dawson Tree are true professionals. We had to take down a deteriorating Oak; the tree was 60+ years old. It was big. The crew arrived on time. They took care to lay down sheets of plywood so the crane wouldn't damaged the lawn. Then they systematically, and very carefully, dismantled this tree, which by the way hung well over our house. I was sincerely impressed, and would highly recommend them.

After seeing Dawson's work at a neighbor's, I reached out to them for a quote to trim and remove a few trees at my grandmother's house. While communication was fine initially, I never received a response concerning an estimate - even after following up. I ended up going with another company, but the customer service here was truly disappointing.

Called Dawson's to schedule an emergency tree removal thinking it would be at least a couple weeks before they could get out here. However, they ended up coming out the day after I contacted them to safely remove a large diseased tree hanging over my house. They were in and out in no time and were great to work with. Still amazed at how efficient they were. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of the crew and won't consider anyone else in the future.

Dawson's cut down 5 diseased/dying trees for me in 2013 and turned me on to a landscape designer so when my neighbor's tree fell into my yard after a recent windstorm, they were on the list to call. He came out that very day and gave me a quote and convinced me to have my large maple trimmed but made no promises as to when they'd get to it because they were very busy. As it turned out, due to some equipment issues, he was able to come out the next day. I've had the maple trimmed several times, but after this time it was much quieter because the squirrels lost their runway for getting onto the roof. No more thumps.
