Jetstream installed a drainage system that eliminated a flooding problem for several years. Kurt provided a quote with specific detail on what would be done. Kevin and his team did an excellent job of completing the installation and communicating all the while. They answered lots of questions. They were all hard workers. Would definitely recommend this business.

Kurt gave us an estimate the end of March to install a French Drain and a line out to the storm sewer to take care of standing water in the backyard. Kevin and his crew were very professional and polite. Hard working group. Highly recommend based on the quality of their work. Final grade and seeding along with replacing sod all look great. Working with Cecilia at JetStream has been fantastic. I would recommend this company. With the amount of work they have coming at them, they were able to fit me in sooner. They keep their word on what they say they will do and when they will be there. Their technicians that came on site were thorough, upfront and costs were laid out immediately. They worked quickly and checked everything. Kevin was great to work with. Once again I would highly recommend JetStream for your Sprinkler needs and maintenance. Great service. Technician John Arriga was exceptional Took time to return when parts were missing for irrigation spring service. Then he didn't rush but worked on each sprinkler head. Also repaired a broken sprinkler head and cleaned the lake filter etc. always caring and courteous. It was worth a small tip for Johns supper! It was after 6 pm! Thanks John! Customer Rita V. This company is unorganized and unprofessional. Wasted my time and apparently did not care because I was not a "prior customer." Told me earlier in the week they would come for the proposed work requested. I ended up re-contacting after a no show and they said they would be there asap. Then I was told, shortly after, they would not be coming because they aren't taking on new customers and had originally thought I was an existing client.
I would not refer them. Update: Then don't tell a customer, days earlier, you'll be there to do a job. Then pull a no-show. Then say your coming asap when a follow-up call was made. Then change your mind out of spite. Bad business practice there. Tell them the first time - you're not taking on new clients.

This was our third year using Jetstream, to service our sprinkler system. This year's technician, Rocky, was fantastic. He was honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our system wasn't installed by Jetstream and it's a bit old, but every technician, including Rocky, has done a great job getting it accurately set up for our needs. We've been very happy each year with the service received. I always feel confident with the tech they'll send, but Rocky was exceptional.
