I sent in a request for an estimate and someone emailed me right away. It being Friday they said someone would be out the following week for the estimate. Towards the close of the next week I emailed for an update on the estimate just to be ignored. I sent another email a week after that and still no response. I get it if you're too busy to do the work but please don't lie to me and waste my time. Really unprofessional.

I can not say enough good things about this company! They are exceptional! From the design services (Laura) to the installation. I did not want to write this review right away, because I wanted to see how the plantings and design would turn out over time. Well, it's been approximately two years and everything they have planted is thriving and looks better than I expected. We had shopped around for a landscaping company and this company by far was the most reasonable and responsive. I was a little nervous, because they always say, you get what you paid for, but not here. Great prices and great service! Thank you!

I live in a complex that utilizes their service. I understand it is not an easy complex to cut. but the job the do (not well) is horrible! Not sure if your blades need to be sharpened or what?! They just zip through, grass is shot onto the patios. (there was a slight improvement this season. re the grass on patios). But over all. horrible job.

We had Mike Simonsen and Great Lakes come out 2 years ago to dismantle a backyard deck and install a stone patio with landscaping. We were so pleased that we had them out again to freshen up the landscaping in the front of our house. The end result was as expected and we couldn't be happier about the way it turned out. From design to installation, Mike and the Great Lakes crew are professional and so easy to work with! Highly recommended by a returning client!
