Excellent service and support from the staff. Jose was very helpful in selecting trees and assisting us with the selection and tagging the purchases. We ending up with two trees and four hydrangeas for the back yard.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgable of the plants that they carry. I go often and the experience is great. The center is always clean and fully stocked. The plants are great quality and get taken care of unlike big box stores. I constantly see the staff diligently working to keep the plants water, walking paths clean.

We want to commend Joshua and Sanford on the high quality work they did planting our new dogwood this past Monday, 5/16/22. They arrived around 5:15 pm near the end of their very long day, yet they remained good- humored and diligent about doing the job right. They were wonderful and both, especially Joshua as the lead, deserve a raise! Please make sure this note is placed in their personnel files.

This is a large local plant nursery, with lots of selection in everything ranging from trees, shrubs, and perennials. They also have a sizeable selection of native plates, which I haven't seen in other local garden centers. Annuals and hanging baskets are in their own greenhouse up the hill and in the back. Unfortunately, if you are a person with mobility issues, you will find the gravel terrain difficult to maneuver.

Have been going here for over 10 years and unfortunately customer service has gone down and prices have doubled. They advertised for free plants last weekend and very clearly stated one per customer for first 100 customers and when my husband and I showed up as the 2 and 3 customer, they said they changed it to one per family. They said their manger decided to changed jt and not tell anyone. Also what was offered was not what was advertised.
Several other customers mentioned they felt duped to coming in. In reality it was about a $4 free product so had they just said please take one per person as advertised and were kind we would have been ok. Instead they tried to charge us and were not nice at all. Can't believe $4 was worth loosing a long time customer. We can get most products at Walmart and Costco and will be shopping there for now on.

I stopped in to this location with my husband who was looking for some trees for a customer of ours. The staff were all standing in the front talking, my husband asked where they were and the "manager" just pointed. A truck was there delivering some things and was having an issue getting around. instead of helping him, they just stood there talking about him. Finally, one of the managers " assistant manager" came out and tried to direct the driver.
The staff are slack. Customer came in behind us and pulled right out due to no help. My husband spoke to the big guy "Jason" and he just shrug off the fact that nobody but the assistant manager was working. I will NEVER go back to that place. The location in Frederick will have our business no matter where we are. Atleast the staff there are friendly and willing to help.
