I seem to have had almost the identical experience as reviewer Sam Reidland. I was mostly pleased with their work. In 2021, I gave them considerably more work that year than in years prior. Communication was an issue, but not overly troubling. I mean, they're a landscaping company, not a group of diplomats. I was intending to carry on in '22. In 2022, I sent them messages and heard absolutely nothing in response.
Could they do some fall cleanup work that had been overlooked? No response. Could they send contracts for '22 so I knew everything was covered? No response. In other words, go ahead and hire them if you can get in touch with them. But maybe be prepared for them to ghost you.

*Update* - Cancelled service, they refuse to talk to me Under their care, my lawn looks better than it ever has. The issue I have is the lack of communication. I have been trying to get a call back for 2 months, they just ignore my calls. I was planning on adding services, but will most likely have to terminate due to lack of communication

This company wakes me up at 7am ONCE PER WEEK. It's my favorite way to wake up. 15-30 minutes of what sounds like a jackhammer right outside my house. Today it was more like 45 minutes.
