Fixed monthly pricing is available. We calculate your monthly price based on 32 mowings for the season. For example: if your yard costs $35 per mow, your total annual cost would be $1120. Your monthly bill will run $124.44 for a 9 month period starting in April and ending in November. Any contracts completed after April will be pro-rated.
Townhomes & Associations
Report
We specialize in both townhomes and associations. We have a large enough staff and enough equipment to handle large properties. We always maintian high quality service, keeping the residents happy with our work. We have management in place to communicate properly and in a timely manner with the residents and the property managers.
Fertilizing
Report
Once you become a valued client, you will always get a prepayment discount of 10%. We will send you a flier each year before the season starts for you to take advantage of this great offer. Irrigation

Sign up for our Discounted Sprinkler Package below. Once you sign up, we will send you a confirmation email that you are on the schedule and send you an invoice. We will notify you to set up a time to turn on your sprinklers as soon as the threat of freezing is over which will be some time in April.
