After seeking several bids from highly rated landscaping businesses in Tulare County, we chose Quality Landscape Construction because their initial response was professional and timely. Our country "land -scape" was a blank slate with a few DIY plantings and no grass. We weren't even certain that we wanted grass. After viewing our blank canvas and discussing our wishes, a plan was formed.
There was not a rendered/drawn plan, which was available at an extra charge, as we understood what things would look like at the finish because of our in- depth discussions with our landscaper, Matt. Construction began within a few weeks of signing the contract; the job of front and back yards took about 2 weeks total. Our home is now complete with beautiful front and back yard landscaping, including lawn!
The company offers seasonal update service, which was just completed. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Quality Landscape Construction for any landscape needs, residential or commercial!

What a great landscape business. I obtained a written estimate for upgrading my front yard sprinkler system in an attempt to make it more efficient. The crew began work and completed the job in a skillful manner. They are pros and they didn't cut any corners. I highly recommend them and will use them for future needs at my home.

We purchased a beautiful new home, equipped with many custom enhancements- and the customary minimalistic front yard. After many interviews and proposals, we met Paul Olsen who came highly recommended. He brought several fresh ideas to some of our own and offered to do as little or as much as we wanted. We were so impressed with his ideas and the work as it progressed that we ended up asking him to do more than originally planned. Wow, we are so delighted with the results! Paul insists on excellence and it shows in the results as well as the process.
His crew showed up on time everyday, they were professional, courteous, hard working and focused on delighting their customers. They kept smiling- even after we asked them to move a tree 3 times and they cleaned up everyday after their work. All this and we ended up, even with all the enhancements, paying 45% less than comparable proposals! We enthusiastically recommend Quality Landscape Construction and would surely make this investment with Paul again!

Our front lawn was dead from the drought, and the neighbors were unhappy with how our house reflected on the neighborhood. So was my wife. I had a vision for what needed to be done, but the job was overwhelming. Quality Landscape Construction completely understood the plan that I had, and made it a reality - actually better than I had envisioned. Loved this service! My backyard looked like a desert wasteland. I called them based on a reference from my neighbor. I spoke with the owner and within 2 days, they were out giving me an estimate. I explained what I wanted and now I have an absolutely gorgeous backyard where I very happily host BBQ's and swimming parties. I recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.
