Almost 10 years ago, we bought a 44 acre parcel in the foothills above Springville. The view from the property was magnificent but the property itself was all granite boulders and brush. That changed dramatically with your vision and hard work. Today, we have a small oasis amidst the wild terrain of the countryside.

Update from earlier post: Our lights are up and they are beautiful so I increased my rating to 3 stars. Their work is 5 stars. Their communication is still at one star. Saturday after Thanksgiving arrived and I wasn't sure if they were going to show or what time so I called and spoke to someone (guessing the owner).he shared with me it's been a hard year for his business, with trying get help, supply chain issues, etc.

I told him I understood.however, someone could have called to let me know. And I wholeheartedly still believe I deserve a discount of some sort. We thought we would have lights our family and did not. Major disappointment. Also, my husband and I are in healthcare. I would love to talk all day how we have not let Covid be an excuse to providing excellent care.

I had this company come out in Oct for a quote for Xmas lights. Before I paid more than $3000, I asked if I could have them hung before Thanksgiving, they said no problem. I started calling this company 4 days before Thanksgiving. The Monday before Thanksgiving their phone lines were down, Tues am came and I left a message with Vicky, but Tuesday late afternoon I still had no answers, I called back and spoke to a gentleman who was clueless.

By Wed am, I was told that they needed to speak to Robert. Wednesday afternoon I called again and spoke to Margaret (the woman who actually came to my house for the quote and told me they would be up by Thanksgiving). Wed late afternoon Margaret informs me that my lights won't be up until Saturday. She offers to cancel the job and refund my money.

How will this help my EXTREME disappointment? My family who we haven't seen for 2 years came and left already, no Xmas lights. Beyond frustrated. Local small companies want business and then treat the customer like this? Horrible. Ok let me add their "excuse".they hadn't received some of the product. I don't believe them. There were several alternatives they could have offered me and didn't.

.I had this at 1 star but changed to 4 because the company just responded to my review.original review as follows.things happen.".hate doing this. I tried to leave a message on a weekend inquiring about availability for Christmas light set up.there voicemail set up would not work.then I called on Monday multiple times.no answer! Ultimately I contacted a company in Bakerfield to do the work.but they charge extra for travel time because its an hour to porterville.

I always try to support local work and no travel time. I've always heard good things about this company so this review does not reflect there work.just there office is unavailable after several tries. Bakerfield company will be here in a couple of weeks. I will post results! Happy Thanksgiving"!.
