Services
Landscape Architecture
Landscape Architecture is the core of our practice, designing outdoor spaces that blend aesthetics with ecological function. We create master plans for commercial, institutional, and residential sites, ensuring long-term sustainability and client satisfaction. Our designs feature native plantings, waterefficient systems, and ADAcompliant pathways, providing lasting value.
Long-Range & Phased Planning
LongRange & Phased Planning delivers strategic, multistage development frameworks that guide projects from concept through completion. We align site constraints, budget realities, and stakeholder goals to produce realistic, incremental milestones. This approach minimizes risk, controls costs, and ensures each phase supports overall project success.
LEED and B3 Credit Support
LEED and B3 Credit Support helps projects achieve recognized sustainability certifications through rigorous design criteria. We conduct credit analyses, document requirements, and coordinate with certifying bodies to streamline approvals. Our expertise ensures timely credit attainment, reducing compliance costs and elevating project marketability.
Green Roof Design
Green Roof Design incorporates vegetated layers that mitigate stormwater runoff and enhance building thermal performance. We assess site conditions, select appropriate plant species, and engineer structural support to meet local codes. The result is a resilient, lowmaintenance green space that improves air quality and occupant wellbeing.
Construction Administration
Construction Administration ensures that design intent is faithfully executed on site through rigorous oversight and quality control. We review shop drawings, monitor material delivery, and conduct onsite inspections to prevent defects. Our proactive communication with contractors and clients keeps projects on schedule and within budget.
