What an amazing experience from start to completion! We have an easement with a fairly long retaining wall that was breaking apart and allowing our backyard to begin falling back down into the easement. I had reached out to Mark to get an initial quote, which I was very comfortable with after he explained the work to be done and the timeframe to complete everything. I then worked with Jon, who helped to coordinate the timing of the work, not to mention helping answer my many follow-up questions!

Once the work started, I took pictures every day to watch the progress, and every day, there was something new completed, which was exciting to follow! Not only that, but the entire project was completed well ahead of the time quoted! Super excited to see the final product and I am confident it will be there to stay for the long haul! Thank you Mark, Jon and the crew at Quality Landscape! You are AWESOME!

I have more weeds and damage to my lawn since I hired them. They literally made 2 passes across our front lawn and 3 across the back for each application. Never got off that machine to get close to our fence or near our patio. Charged $50 each time! I have enclosed a note or made a call to talk about this asked to talk to the owner but never got in touch with him! Not sure how you continue to be in business with this kind of service! Lots of others out there please don't waste your time with Quality Lanscape!

Quality Landscaping did great work at our house in New Berlin last week. We are thrilled with the workmanship, how things look, and the care and attention to detail exhibited by the crew. Also, how they cleaned up after the project was done and walked the property with me to make sure I was satisfied before they drove away. I was really impressed with Dylan, the foreman. He had a firm grasp of what the projects entailed and how they needed to be executed, and he took the time to make sure we understood the whats and whys and how to care for things going forward. Thanks for the wonderful experience. We will be recommending your company to others, and we plan to reach back when it is time to redo the patios.

At UFS we are extremely proud of the service provided to our customers. As the Facility Technician for the Grafton office, I expect the same from those we contract for services. Unfortunately, most fall short of the expectation. Starting with my initial meeting with Quality Landscape and Lawn Care, I knew they understood the high level of service that UFS expected. Mark and Jon both listened and then committed to 100% satisfaction. Simply put, they deliver exceptional service at a reasonable price! (We utilize both their landscape and snowplowing services.)

As a property manager I have used Quality Landscape and Lawn Care for both commercial lawn maintenance and commercial snow removal services for the past 4 years at a 240,000 SF shopping center. Throughout the entire time, I have been entirely satisfied with their high standard of workmanship in addition to the level of service they provide on a daily basis. Their team is very responsive and guarantees a response to any questions/requests in less than 24 hours, although I often will have responses within a few hours.

They pride themselves on the attention to detail in their execution of the contracted scope of services and have the expertise and capability to handle one-time projects both large and small. I cannot recommend Quality Landscape and Lawn Care enough, as their professionalism and level of service is second to none. They truly live up to and earn the name "Quality" Landscape and Lawn Care.
