Hello, I do not doubt that you are landscapers and others, but I do not understand what is happening in "Plum Tree" Shorpshire Dr. that lately in my opinion I see that it leaves a lot to be desired, very messy, they do not clean, lack of staff, regrettable.

One of their employees damaged my vehicle, and I am sure it was an accident, but management refuses to take responsibility for it. Update: 5/2020. Here we are 4 years later & now they refuse to cut my lawn (They do the whole development) b/c of the above complaint. Why is this a sudden issue? What a joke this company is. Also, I have contacted them several times on this & they have never replied. Unreal. BEWARE!

When is your company going to do Willistown Woods lawn services? Are you supposed to do the trimming of trees and bushes too? I asked HOA and that was July 8, Ric said in a week or so? 3 weeks later and nothing. Plus workers pull out weeds and they don't discard them, left them all over the lawns and streets.

The big job DiStefano did was repairing the mason work in my flowerbed wall and front walkway. The crew showed up and did what they promised: My wife was happy with the resulting display. They even arranged a few of the removed rocks (to make flat) around another flower bed to follow with the rocks I was laying out. I also had them aerate and overseed the lawn. I am particular and they used a high quality (PA local) seed that I was lucky to see some greening (where previously just dirt) before the cold set in. I anticipate a great spring!

My experience is not a positive one. DeStefano does not honor warranties, stand by their work, and follow through with promises to clients. I have a long chain of emails to prove these claims. Deeply disappointed in this company.
