Unfortunately, there a lot of companies that do not do what they say they will do. Qualitiscape Services is not one of those companies. Showed up on time and did good work for the agreed upon price. Fair and efficient, would recommend. Service: Yard work

Do NOT use this company, they scammed me and lied to me. I called for basic sprinkler repair and was quoted a very high $125/hr rate. I was okay with paying this rate and accepted. When they showed up for repairs, they brought an apprentice in training, which is fine. They then tried to charge me double the quoted rate. I told them no. Then they got back to me and said they would charge the quoted $125/hr rate, but then changed the hours worked and used the time that the truck was at my address. Excuse me? So, I'm expected to be paying $125/hr for all the time that your 'professional' is making calls, is creating the bill, is talking to the apprentice, is training the other person? Qualitiscape was simply making excuses to charge me more.
Absolutely ridiculous, as if $125/hr rate wasn't enough, they also try to overbill in any way they can. Oh, and the cherry on top. When they finally agreed to charge me the quoted rate, they tried to get me to pay the original amount, instead of the newly agreed upon total. Qualitiscape is either an outright scam, or is grossly incompetent. Do not use.
