This service creates durable, aesthetically pleasing lawns that establish strong root systems for long-term health.
Sod Delivery
We deliver high-quality, locally cultivated sod Monday-Friday with options for weekend pickup during peak seasons. Our delivery trucks accommodate orders from single pallets to bulk quantities, with strategic drop-off using truck-mounted forklifts. Customers receive guidance on proper sod care from delivery through installation timing.

Our Four-Step Fertilizer Program provides seasonally timed applications of slow-release nitrogen fertilizers combined with herbicides. This scientifically structured program addresses specific lawn needs through spring activation, summer maintenance, and winter preparation phases to ensure consistent nutrient supply and weed control throughout the growing season.

Our process includes site evaluation, system design, backflow preventer installation, and winterization services. Very friendly and expert people to work with. We had a deteriorating landscape design, so new blocks were installed and the project was done quickly and efficiently. Love the new look. They are also our new sprinkler system people and they are very good at what they do. Highly recommend them. Services: Retaining walls, Landscaping design, Sod installation, Lawn care

Picked up some sod to repair lawn. Reasonable price. Better than other places I checked. I liked that there standard sod roll is 10 sq.ft. easy to figure out amount needed for repair

We have a lawn sprinkler system that Wagner has been maintaining for several years. They always do an outstanding job of starting it up in the spring, keeping it running well for the season, and shutting it down in the fall. We wanted to recognize Justin, the technician that started our system for the summer. He did a thorough job, found and repaired sprinkler heads that weren't working, and did an outstanding job on communicating with us through the entire process! He treated our system as if it were his own!

Wagner saved our lives today. How? We recently moved into a new home on a new lot which has not yet been sodded. Our little puppy - once potty trained - has refused to go outside without grass underneath his paws this week. My better half called Wagner today to see if they had any sod left and was prepared to be disappointed. Instead, not only did Chelsey and the Wagner team offer up a remnant, they dropped it on our front step free of charge. WHAT?! Chelsey and the team made magic happen today, and we could not be more grateful.
Our little guy is clearly thrilled (as indicated by his first outdoor potty ALL DAY), and we are relieved that he has somewhere to relieve himself. Thank you, Wagner! I'm not sure why they took such kind mercy on us today, but we NEEDED it, and we felt compelled to say thanks publicly.
