Purchased a Napoleon natural gas grill which was damaged by the independent delivery service on elivery but not noticed until after delivery service had gone. Between Patio Town (service) and Napoleon (parts) the grill was restored to "brand new" without cost or hassle. Both organizations were focused on providing a positive experience and resolving all of my issues. Did not have to deal with a third party.

A special note of thanks to Mark Seifert (Burnsville store manager) and his associate, Mike (a staff member), for only focusing on resolving my issues completely and in a timely manner. I am 100% happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to do business with Patio Town in Burnsville.

Put in two orders for my material. The first time they sold it to some one else because "I took too long". Didn't bother telling me. I placed the order again and they said it was going to be 3 weeks and they would call me when it was in. It has been about a month so I called to check in and turns out they haven't even pulled the order. They are going to check what they have available. I have ordered from every major hard scape supplier in the metro area and never have experienced such poor customer service. From one contractor to another. Don't waste your time.

If you are looking for landscaping materials, such as class 5, sand, stone, pavers, or mulch I would rate them 5 stars. If however you are looking for a high end Napoleon grill, I would rate them a 0. Their customer support is HORRIBLE. We bought a $2500+ gas grill from them. They delivered it and left. They assembled the grill and never verified that everything worked correctly. When I called them they told me to talk to the manufacturer. So patio building materials A+, any patio accessories an F.
