I don't have my own personal login so I used my partner Dave's to post this response. This person placed an order with us and said in the order form that if we couldn't come out the next day she would find someone else to do the work.

I told her that we don't accept orders that demand next day service and she flew off the deep end. She has never used our services and you can see from her other reviews that she has a history of going postal on contractors. I read through some of the reviews and was sad to see how many other businesses she's harassed. We offer annual lawn maintenance programs and are very clear up front that we need up to 72 hours to get you on the schedule after signup. We used a cut above for a leaf clean up and they did an excellent job, at a reasonable cost. We plan to hire again in the future.

Loudest lawnservice in the area terrorizing the streets at the earliest time of the day. Many other landscaping companies does not make half the sound they do. I do not recommend this company unless you hate your neighbors.

A Cut Above is an appropriate name -- the service is top notch. The crews are polite and considerate of property and they always seem to do a little bit more than required, leaving my lawn and landscaping beautiful and neat.

Extremely reliable. Very good at communicating any weather delays. I love the clean up service they did for my place starting and ending the season. Very easy to correspond and work with. Never a problem with billing. I highly recommend them to anyone.
