Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness A close friend used this company for landscape lighting and within a week, nothing worked. Multiple attempts to have them fixed failed. The company refuses to work toward a solution and reports bad reviews to get them removed. Beware.

We've been very pleased with our Vernon Daniel Associates experience. We have worked with them over the last several years on my residence landscape lighting. From the get-go, and in planning the project, the Vernon Daniel team has been superb in every way. Particular kudos go out to Jim. I've been able to email him with questions and minor concerns I've had and he always gets right back to me.
He recently had his crew out to do some maintenance on my light fixtures and they exceeded my expectations. Hats off for their continued professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction well after the sale. Our project turned out great and they take the time to make sure it's perfect. We have received many compliments on how our home looks and would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Vernon Daniel Lighting. After our beautiful garden was finished there wasn't enough lighting in the center of the garden. I called several Lighting "experts." No one came up with a solution which could really solve the problem but Jim with Vernon. He suggested moonlight lighting. I was told by another designer that it wouldn't work. Jim informed that if I wasn't happy he would not charge me and take it down at no cost.
His crew was so professional. Miguel even came back after dark to adjust the lighting to make sure it was perfect. The man has so much patience. It solved the problem and looks beautiful. This type of service is rare is today's world. Thank you Jim and Miguel.

Our landscape lighting turned out terrific! We especially like the dramatic moonlighting effect that Jim designed. The installation crew was very neat and efficient.
