I called to see about parts availability so I can get my equipment running. Was immediately put on hold. I didn't think it was a big deal, as today is Monday and I know Mondays can be busy. However, I was on hold for FIFTEEN MINUTES. I hung up after that. That is pretty ridiculous to keep someone waiting that long. I understand it gets busy, I worked in small engine shops for 12 years, but I never saw service like this. The customer shouldn't feel forgotten or neglected. I normally don't have any issues here, and I generally have no problem coming here, but today was an exception.

Bought a new house a few years ago along with the Yanmar Cub Cadet tractor that came with it. The three times I've had to have it serviced (it's now about 15 years old) I have no complaints. I feel the pickup/return charge from my home in west Millcreek is reasonable. The rates they've charged me for part and labor also seems reasonable. Each time I ask "how long will it be" they tell me one thing and it ends up being another. - -like quicker!
This last time.the day they picked it up from my house they told me it may be a week before they are able to get working on it. Two days later it's sitting back in my driveway all fixed. My own personal experiences for tractor maintenence and repair with them has been great so far.
