I recently purchased a new home and was extremely dismayed to discover a major leak in the front yard irrigation system. To make matters worse, the leak appeared to be coming from underneath a beautifully landscaped rock retaining wall and masonry rock steps that are a significant feature in the front of the home. Bumgardners sent a young man (I can't recall his name) out to look at it initially and he was prompt, hard working, professional and friendly. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to determine the exact location of the leak and informed me that he the would consult the irrigation manager and they would try to figure out how to fix the problem without removing the retaining wall or steps.

To make a long story short, Steve (irrigation manager) and the young man later returned to our home and between the two of them, they located the leak, capped it and resolved our irrigation problem. We dodged a bit of a financial bullet by not having to rip up the masonry steps or by removing the rock retaining wall, along with all of the landscaped plants. The end result was satisfactory and the final bill was quite reasonable. Thank you Bumgardners!
