I delivered stone right before close. They knew I'd be there just before 4pm. They unloaded me and were happy to.get the material. Excellent staff and from what I saw in their yard the products looked phenomenal.

Report
I've been going to Rivards for years and always got great service. I went there to get some Flagstones last week and the staff didn't seem to know what I was talking about or what I wanted. After getting it all cleared up they didn't seem to know how to ring me up and charged me more than i should have been charged. When i brought it up they just told me that's the bill. I won't shop there again.

The staff at Rivard Stone were awesome! With their direction, I was able to install the Ledgestone on our new fireplace by myself even though I had never done anything like it before. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for any stone.
