Services
Landscape Design
Our landscape design service creates customized outdoor spaces that balance aesthetics and functionality. We develop master plans, hardscape designs, and lighting layouts tailored to your property's unique characteristics. Our designers work closely with clients to incorporate patios, walkways, and planting schemes that reflect personal style while maximizing usability and property value.
Hardscapes
We specialize in premium hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens. Using high-quality stone, brick, and concrete materials, our skilled masons create durable, visually appealing features that enhance property functionality. Our services include fireplaces, seating walls, and custom entryways that withstand Northern Virginia's climate conditions.
Plant Installation
Our planting experts install foundation plantings, privacy screens, specimen trees, and seasonal color displays. We select appropriate native and ornamental plants suited to local growing conditions. Services include garden design, groundcover installation, and shrub bed maintenance that create year-round visual interest and ecological benefits.
Lawn Maintenance
We provide comprehensive lawn care including weekly mowing, fertilization, aeration, and leaf removal. Our certified applicators implement science-based turf management programs that promote healthy grass growth. Seasonal services like overseeding and drainage improvements ensure lush, resilient lawns throughout Northern Virginia's changing climate.
Landscape Lighting
Our landscape lighting solutions enhance safety, security, and nighttime aesthetics. We design and install energy-efficient LED systems, uplighting, and automated lighting plans. CAST lighting products provide durable, low-maintenance illumination for hardscapes, plantings, and architectural features while reducing energy consumption.

Our neighbors on the adjoining street had contracted O'Grady's for some leaf removal. Unfortunately, the use of gas-powered leafblowers was started at 7 AM and woke up the whole neighborhood. I understand the desire to get an early start, but 7 am is just too early to start if you are trying to be respectful to your community.

O'Grady's came in with a vision which would transform our jungle into a backyard oasis! They were extraordinary, communicative and reliable and we felt confident in their knowledge and abilities from day one! We couldn't be more delighted with their service and professionalism and are grateful to support a local small business that not only delivers quality at a highly competitive price structure, but also cares so deeply for their team members! An exceptional organization led by amazing people!

Mike Hambleton at O'Grady's installed a patio and landscaped the front of our house. Mike is excellent to work with and pays attention to the details. The crews that did the work are as diligent and detailed in their work. I highly recommend Mike and the O'Grady team.

We live in Loudoun County, Virginia and have used O'Grady's Landscaping for over 8 years. O'Grady's renovated a large section of our backyard doubled our usable space. They built a beautiful stone front door landing completely updating the look of the front of our house. O'Grady's have also provided seasonal cleaning, mulching, and maintenance. We are always pleased with the quality of their work and staff is friendly and professional.
