Report
Bret and his team at King Cuts removed a large, failing retaining wall that spanned the length of our property and graded and landscaped the area. Bret's customer service was excellent at each stage of the project. He answered my (many) questions as we were planning the project, and "no problem" was his standard answer as the project unfolded and I continued to request minor tweaks. I interviewed 5 other contractors and King Cuts estimate was on par with the rest, but the level of detail, professionalism, and overall positive attitude about the project was a level above. The quality of his team's work was great and I felt the large sum of money we paid was very well spent!

2022 update - the most recent snow event was handled with the expected speed and quality. We have used King Cuts for our snow removal for several years. This is for a few narrow and steep private roads in my community. Their response time and level of communication is excellent. Their service matches this level of professionalism. I recommend them.

King Cuts Landscaping is the best! We highly recommend them without reservation. They have done a couple of drainage projects for us to deal with complicated water issues in our yard. Bret took the time to thoughtfully evaluate the situation and readily reworked the plan as new information became available. His clear estimates let us make a plan and a timeline that worked with our budget. And the crew is great - hardworking, respectful and polite, we wouldn't hesitate to have any of them back. His plan worked, too - it gave us the use of our yard back and it looks great!
