We built a new house in Hanover in 2017. Northern Oak was one of the three landscapers our builder recommended. One other south shore landscaper was waaaay too expensive, and one was a jerk who tried to oversell us on things well beyond our stated budget. Steve Leitch, the owner of Northern Oak, took the time to thoughtfully work within our budget, and provided clear illustrations and descriptions of what everything would look like.
In addition to executing all parts of the job perfectly- Steve and his son Chris are great guys who I consider completely trustworthy and honest. Fast forward this spring, and two of the many shrubs had died. This was not their fault at all. Its inevitable when planting 25+ new shrubs. They honored the one year warranty and replaced them without question, even going out of their way to get it done in time for a gathering we were having so that that landscaping would look perfect. I would strongly recommend Northern Oak for any of your landscaping needs.
