Full Service Maintenance
Our comprehensive maintenance program ensures year-round landscape health through seasonal lawn care, garden bed management, and pruning services. We tailor schedules to property size and client needs, from monthly upkeep to one-time projects. With expertise in both residential estates and commercial properties, we maintain aesthetic appeal while protecting your property investment through proven horticultural practices.
Natural Blue Stone Pavers
Custom installations of durable natural bluestone pavers create elegant walkways, patios, and outdoor living spaces. Our designs combine functional erosion control with timeless aesthetics using premium materials that withstand Pennsylvania's climate. Each project incorporates site-specific considerations to maximize longevity and complement existing architecture while increasing usable outdoor space.
Drainage Solutions
We resolve water-related issues through grading, underground piping, and catch basin installations that redirect runoff away from structures. Our solutions prevent basement flooding, soil erosion, and landscape damage while improving property usability. By analyzing site-specific conditions like tree shade and soil composition, we implement permanent fixes that adapt to changing environmental factors over time.
Plant Installation
Expert selection and planting of climate-appropriate trees, shrubs, and perennials creates vibrant, low-maintenance landscapes. Our team considers growth patterns and seasonal interest to ensure proper spacing and year-round visual appeal. From complete garden overhauls to specimen plantings, we combine horticultural knowledge with design principles to enhance curb appeal and ecological value.
Low Voltage Lighting
Professional installation of energy-efficient lighting systems enhances safety and nighttime aesthetics through path illumination, architectural highlighting, and security-focused designs. Our systems include annual maintenance options to ensure consistent performance while creating inviting outdoor environments that extend usable hours of your property through strategic light placement.

I will be turning 84 in February and with my shaky legs and old lungs I am not able to get up on my ladder anymore. So I called CPM to see if they could oblige and of course they jumped right on it. The crew harnessed in, cleaned up all debris from the after mess and my wife was very happy. You know what they say happy wife, happy life. Much appreciated CPM

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness One of the most unprofessional landscaper around. Contacted multiple times, never even bothered to send anyone. Always asked to send photos. If landscaping business could be done with photos and over phone, I would left my job and start this business. A total time waste.

This company removed 6 trees from my property. They got the job done in a timely manner and very strategic in how to remove them to not damage any outbuildings on my property or my house (the trees overhung both).

Over the years i've used CPM many times. Most recently for our recent snow storm. Dave and his crew always come though. I'll be calling him again in the spring!
