Project Spring 2019 - They met with me to look at the space and talk about ideas. I chose to get my own Plants, boulders and rock and had it all delivered. With the layout on paper, they put down the plastic and chose the plants for specific placement as well as the boulders. They then laid the landscape rocks. The placement was very good and they were thoughtful with a good eye. They were timely. Neat and friendly. The cost was reasonable. I am going to be working with them again this next project.

We re-did our curbing around our house. This time we decided to get the stone delivered since hauling it with a trailer was a pain the last time. The rock arrived on time, and they were able to get it into my backyard instead of my driveway for easier loading. Whole delivery took seconds to complete compared to hours of lifting bag after bag of rock from the trailer. The price was excellent too honestly I don't know why anyone would ever buy from the hardware stores this is far easier and pretty much the same price.

A huge thank you to Mitch. He helped us out with a disabled vehicle when we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. We had a 4 hour trip to get home and he helped get us back on the road. Great representation of your company!

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Valley landscaping did our lawn when we moved into a new home. We have had issues with the yard not being level so we get large amounts of water in our backyard that won't drain, hence killing our grass. I've contacted them multiple times and I've been told someone will get back to me but never does. I would not recommend.

Communication is lacking. The time frame for coming to do the work kept getting pushed back and pushed back. When I called to ask if I should look elsewhere to get the project done there was no offer to look into it or help at all. They said "you have every right to find someone else to do the project". Maybe they are so busy that they can afford to have bad customer service. They were also sloppy with their spraying for weeds in the flower bed and I now have a lovely strip of dead grass about 3 inches wide along the entire length of our front flower beds.

These guys are second to none! Brett, Bryce, and their team are a great bunch. They have done different things for me at my house over the years and ALWAYS do great work. Today they were over to level the ground for my pool, and as always do a great job and their cleanup in the street and in the yard is amazing. If you are looking for any type of landscaping or services that they offer, I would highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed!
