Did a neighbor's back yard and had to access through our driveway and walkway. Damaged walk, went on for days, other neighbors couldn't access their driveways because of trucks on our tiny street. To top it off, power washing of our driveway and street was done off my house's tap without permission! LID gets a star because workers were very courteous. Morgan, project manager, said he'd try to get our walkway upgraded after the noise, wear, and tear. He never responded to my request. He obviously didn't even try! LID Landscapes are always on task per our contract agreement. If anything happens that we need their assistance with they are very quick to respond and address the issue. They provide service to us for all seasons and we highly recommend LID. They are reliable, responsible and the best out there. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value We were given the most asinine quote that could have possibly been done. They came in at $22000 it ended up being $850. They also charge $500 for estimates stay clear, they are thrives!

I am a property owner and find LID to be very collaborative and flexible. For instance, under this time of COVID, we can turn off services on a session by session basis. They are a well-oiled and efficient organization.

We are very happy with the work Jacob Rogers and LID did on our landscaping. Jacob listened to what we wanted to change and offered many suggestions on how to make it work and ways to keep costs in line with our budget. The installation went very smoothly and we had a crew that was friendly, courteous and worked hard. I was also impressed with the followup after the work was complete. A newly planted wasn't doing well and it was removed and replaced very quickly.
We also found that one of the plants that was supposed to be the same as several others, was something different, and again LID came back and replaced the plant. From the design to the installation and the follow up, we have been very happy with Jacob and LID.
