This is the first Yelp review I have ever posted. LandPatterns did a project for me when I lived in Dallas 10 or so years ago. I thought the work was creatively conceived and well executed. Fast forward to last year I moved to McKinney and contacted them about landscaping my small front yard and backyard in a zero lot line community. Rather recapping my entire experience with them, including paying multi thousands of dollars and having to almost plead with them for follow-up, I simply gave up.
It was a tortured experience. Lilly N's experience with LandPatterns summarized below is virtually identical to the experience I had. Frankly, I am very disappointed and simply feel like I trusted LandPatterns not to take advantage of me. And they did. Not necessarily willfully, but almost due to sheer apathy and/or management incompetence.
