Let me start by saying their nursery and nursery staff are fantastic. That's about where it ends. I hired them for maintenance (spring, fall cleanup, trimming, pruning, edging). They sent out inexperienced staff who are unsupervised who seem to have little to no knowledge of how to cut back plants or complete their work. So far 5 of my mature plants are dead from being overpruned or ripped out. They killed all of my lavender by cutting deep into the woody portions, almost to the ground.
I saw them do it to one, told them not to do it to the rest and they ignored me. Now the plants are all dead. Every job required follow up or a second visit due to incomplete or incorrect work. For top dollar, I expected better.

Just had irrigation installed and I honestly cannot say how much I appreciated working with this company. Jason and Addrian were so patient and willing to work with us throughout the entire process including every time rain delayed install. We are also using Winterberry for lawn care services and have so far had nothing but great experiences. Worth every penny!

They have a large selection of plants and trees but it's hard to find anything. Not organized well and it's muddy all over the place. Hard to walk around trees without stepping in mud/ puddles. Also it is very expensive. I usually find what I'm looking for at Agway or Lowe's. I would only go here for a tree they don't sell anywhere else.

JULY 1 2021 - Marcus and his team did another fantastic job! Landscaping needed pruning, mulch, and the back hill needed weeding and all the stones reset. LOOKS AMAZING and we are very happy. As usual, his staff was very professional, on-time, job completed on time and the work done properly the first time, and every time. Thanks Marcus! Did a large landscaping project for our house 7 years ago with Winterberry, its still looks amazing. Cheryl was the designer, very professional and a great designer. Winterberry has been maintaining our project for 7 years.
Their maintenance crews are great workers, always proficient, professional, and do the job right, and most of all, doing the job completely. Special thanks to Marcus & his crew for finishing our Spring clean-up and mulch yesterday, we have a lot of people coming over for Easter, and the landscaping looks terrific. I would highly recommend Winterberry.
