In Bloom, Inc. is owned and operated by founder Selby Neese and his wife, Jessica. In this contemporary down-to-earth duo, Selby is the right-brain talent with the artistic bend and fertile imagination who creates all the designs, and Jessica is the left-brain controller and operations manager with a keen eye for detail.

An onsite design consultation with our owner includes a 30 minute consultation, an estimate for the proposed design and a conceptual drawing (not to scale) outlining the design elements. The consultation starts at $400. Blueprints can be created at an additional charge. Each project consists of an onsite project manager and In Bloom's owner, Selby Neese.

We have cross trained our crews of full-time employees to be experts in every element of landscape installation, from retention walls to irrigation. This means that your project will be completed efficiently, seamlessly and accurately by our own team of professionals rather than a variety of subcontractors.
