Did a decent job cleaning up a yard that sorely needed it earlier this year, but then just disappeared -- stopped returning voicemails & emails. Maybe because Scott told us he would do something included in the cleanup cost, then later claimed (after we'd paid) that it wasn't included? My mom and I both remember him saying it. Still I was up for figuring out what would work for both of us price & work-wise since they'd been good about working around a coordination issue for the cleanup.
But we never hard back and that was 6-weeks ago (left another voicemail/email last week but no luck). It's cool if they don't want to do yard work for us going forward, but it'd be polite and professional to just send a 1-line email reply letting us know.
