The company I work for, DealPoint Merrill, LLC redevelops vacant big box stores into self-storage facilities nationwide. Last year, the company purchased the vacant Shaw's grocery store in New Britain, CT, and immediately starting looking at landscape services since the property had minimal services while it sat vacant for many years. I spoke with Mark Kozon, and he and his team went right over there and sent us a complete property evaluation and they even photographed the entire property.

We were thrilled! We took one step at a time, and after the redevelopment was completed Mark and the team got all the trees and islands in the parking lot looking amazing! They sent us a complete detailed program for all 4 seasons, and to include their Snow removal program (which is amazing by the way). Everything was completed in a timely manner, and they took some amazing after photos for our team.
