With over 20 years in water garden design, Mark Sousa (aka Dr. Pond) leads all projects personally. He completed Aquascape training and participated in the World's Most Extreme Pond Build. Mark provides hands-on expertise for installations and consultations across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.
Shannon
Store Manager / Crew Leader
Shannon coordinates projects and solves field challenges while managing store operations. He completed Aquascapes Academy training and balances water quality, plants, and fish expertise with customer service. Outside work, he enjoys music and spending time with his fiance.
Cindy Milewski
Office Manager
Cindy handles business administration with a degree in Business Administration. She has worked with Mark since 1998, managing accounts and employee relations. When not at Action Water Gardens, she consults for other businesses and enjoys boating and kayaking at Connecticut's shoreline.

Friends staff, takes their time entertaining all of your questions. Offers advice on whatever you maybe thinking of purchasing, like the pros and cons. I found them to be concerned on what will fit your project and not just trying to make a sale. Stop by just to say hello and walk around a very unique place.

I had a week-long visit with a friend on Long Island who had some water lilies in planters. I was so intrigued and thought it was so beautiful, I investigated the possibility when I got home. I definitely found the right people! I spoke with Chris who was enthusiastic and so very helpful and thoughtful about what I wanted and how to best achieve my goals. He not only helped me meet my needs but visiting Action Water Gardens provided me with inspiration with a huge variety of aquatic plants, plantings, groupings, fish, etc! I cannot thank Chris enough for his time and enthusiasm in helping me create a beautiful spot which I call #zen :~D
