A crew of 4 arrived early in the morning to remove our Norwegian Maple. They were finished by noon. The guy in the tree was being evaluated that day. We are sure he passed with flying colors! By noon the tree was gone and limbs were all ground in the chipper. The 7 parts of the trunk were removed from the lawn promptly the next morning! We highly recommend them!

I've used Ironwood three times now and all have been fantastic experiences. They changed their schedule around to accommodate me when I was panicking about a tree that was uprooted and swaying in the breeze, Patrick handled my craziness well and always is polite on the phone or email when I have follow up questions. The team that comes out to do the quotes and the team that does the work are always on time, good communicators and do the work well and efficiently.
The clean up is always great too. I've gone out while they are working to ask questions or check on progress or ask them to move equipment so I can leave my property and they are always willing to go out of their way to make sure I understand what is going on and make sure I am comfortable. I have stopped getting other quotes for tree services because Ironwood is very reasonably priced and the customer service is fantastic.

I have used Ironwood for tree care every few years since I moved here 11 years ago. They are definitely not the least expensive tree trimming company, but they deliver thoughtful, experienced service and they're well managed. That's worth a lot to me. We have two giant old maples on our parkway and a couple of smaller trees on our property. They did a good job of trimming the lower branches of the larger trees for more sun to our front garden, and talked with me about how I would prefer one of the smaller trees shaped. Highly recommended.

A+++. I can't praise them highly enough! From great phone courtesy and efficiency (Patrick) to the estimator (so knowledgeable) to the sprayer and then the actual pruning crew (Jonathan and Juan), Ironwood gave perfect service and the best prices and complete reliability and dependability! The pruners left my property so clean and neat -- better than it was before! A great, great company and wonderful bunch of workers. Thank you so much.
