Report
I used Arborscape for three years after moving to Westchester. During that time, their pricing was inconsistent, they had constant turnover with their staff, and the health of the trees/plants/shrubs on my property declined significantly due to poor service. I tried to discuss my concerns with the management team directly, as they had guaranteed their products/services would maintain the health and appearance of our property, but they were incredibly difficult to contact (did not return phone calls/emails), and were quite rude when we ultimately had an opportunity to speak over the phone. I would caution those considering using this service, as their service did not live up to our expectations.

These guys are the best, have been using them for a few years to spray our lawn with an organic spray as we have young children (cedar oil). I've dealt primarily with Couri who is super flexible and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend!
