If you are looking for someone to do excellent work, they are it. Adam and his team were amazing through the whole process. They were so responsive and answered any question or concern. We had patios, sidewalks, fire pit, pavilion and pool deck. The crew on site was amazing. They cleaned up after themselves and they worked hard all day long but took so much pride in their work. They even convinced me to put my son's handprints for everyone to see and not to hide them. I never felt like I was bothering them asking questions! I would recommend them over and over. So much that I'm trying to find more things for them to do!

In June of 2020, we signed a contract with Finishing Edge and gave them a 20% deposit. Unfortunately, the contract did not include a start date, and we felt ignored once they received the deposit. They rarely responded to emails or phone calls over the next 16 months, and frankly we were surprised to find them still in business when we visited their shop in search of a refund. When we requested a refund due to their inaction, they retained 25% of the deposit as a "design fee" for a sidewalk.
Since they never got around to doing any work for us, we can't comment on their quality. However, we found their customer service to be essentially nonexistent. Despite the pandemic, simply returning phone calls or emails doesn't seem to be too much to ask. Do not give them a deposit unless you have a guaranteed start date or retain some other leverage. In our experience, they are happy to take your deposit and reluctant to do any work.

We have now had the pleasure of working with Jason and his crew 2 times. The entire process, from start to finish, was fantastic and the final product is even better than we imagined. When we told Jason we had our son's graduation party planned for July 31st, he made sure everything was ready to go and with all the supply chain delays right now, that was nothing short of a miracle! I can not imagine ever using anyone else for my landscaping needs. These guys are truly the best around!

Jason and the entire team at Finishing Edge were awesome to work with. We had previously used Finishing Edge for our patio at our old house and loved it. So, when we decided to get a pool and knew we would work with them again we jumped at the chance. The entire process was smooth and stress free. The 3D design looked amazing and the finished product is even better. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and the the communication is outstanding.
When we told the team we were having a graduation party on July 31, they made sure the project was done (incredible speed) and looked great for all our guests. Lots of compliments from everyone. We would be happy to allow future customers come by and check out their amazing work. I cannot recommend Finishing Edge enough.
