Very Unprofessional place, who bans someone that's buys regularly from them and bans them for over a address change when it was already confirmed with the driver. I understand this company wants to call for confirmation. I had other things to do at that time frame. And bans me because I told them truth facts and calling me disrespectful? Wow what a good management business. Gotta tell the owners this.

I walked in at 9:50. The security guard and receptionist were both on their phones and did not greet me. Instead of buying more I just pick up a preroll. I felt like I was bothering the security guard and the receptionist by coming in late. Lost out on more sales because I felt unwelcome. To be honest, it shouldn't matter what time someone comes in, customer service should always be a priority.

The worst experience ever! The bud tender's personality was dead, she lack knowledge of math and percentages, poor customer service, during my selection we were treated terrible based on who we are and finally on the amount I was spending. After a comment of distasteful treatment was expressed "I won't be coming back", The bud tender commented "We don't want you back here" and decided to disrespect us as if customer service wasn't for Blacks, and acted as if she was gangsta, bouncing around behind the counter snatching display items from the counter with a cellphone phone in her other hand threatening take pictures and call the police, with trespassing (really, we were there to buy), while trying to use whatever education she had to run her mouth with no sense, she began backtracking out of the store room based on her behavior, when her manager came out, on top of being disrespectful while lacking manners, math and the ability to communicate appropriately with Black customers!

It's aight. It's a lil expensive. They don't offer much "customer appreciation." such as, for example, weekly deals, sales, loyalty cards, etc. The budtenders are cool though. I like the deco.

Still a pretty good shop even though they will run out of stuff from time to time but they usually get it the next day or two. Be advised, they have opened it up inside. No more walls and the windows are no longer blocked. Meaning that patients can be seen from outside.

Used them in the past but they blew me off the last 2 years. Either they couldn't do it or it was too dry to core. This year his price went from $140 to $300 and couldn't get to it for a month. Couldn't even call to give message but texted at 8:50 at night. Poor customer service but I found someone else that did a much better job and cost was reasonable.
