Approximately a year ago, I wrote & posted a very negative review of our service from Turf Pro. Today I deleted that review & feel personally obligated to write & post about our positive experience with Turf Pro. This company responded by promptly returning, treating & reseeding our lawn. It took several months, but we're so happy with our beautiful, healthy green grass (no more crabgrass or weeds). Turf Pro has been more than fair in dealing with our situation.
We have also been pleased with their punctual & thorough periodic applications of treatments, aeration, & reseeding as per our contract. We would now highly recommend Turf Pro for your landscaping needs as they seem to care about customer satisfaction.

I had a valve issue with my irrigation system. Turf Pro sent Marcus Gore out to fix the issue. He was friendly, got right to the problem, and fixed it. He checked my irritation system to be sure everything was working properly. Thanks Turf Pro.

Worst company standers I have ever seen lackadaisical idiots never go here especially the conover nc franchise owners dont go to this company if the pay you to do your yard also if you look hard enough that you can tell that these are fake reviews above this one

Company came highly recommended by a good friend who currently uses their services. I called and left a voice mail requesting an estimate. A week later when I had not heard from them I called again to request an estimate but this time I was able to speak with someone, a week later when no one had responded I called a third time and requested another estimate. They sent me an email a day later saying that they are too busy to except new clients and are unable to help out. Best of luck with your organization, but I would think that referral business is a good thing.
