I have dealt with numerous contractors in building 3 homes, 2 pools, 2 outdoor kitchen/grill areas and landscaping to enhance the finished projects. Mint Landscaping provided "best in class" quality, timeliness, value and customer service that was singularly outstanding. The company ownership/leaders were professional and knowledgeable subject matter experts who were solely focused upon client satisfaction in delivering a finished project that was on time and on budget with no hidden surprises. Noel is fantastic to work with.
Top shelf in terms of building client relationships. By the time the project is complete you feel like family. Middle management supervisors and work crews were equally as concerned with the quality of their work and prideful in delighting the customer. Can not say enough good things about Mint Landscaping and highly recommend them as a service provider

The customer is always Wrong with Mint Landscaping. Had 19 bushes planted and 90% had broken branches 6 inches to 2 ft long because they don't take care of plantings in transit. They don't remove sod before planting making a messy transition. Location marker flags were buried with the root balls, I know this because I had to personally dig up their work to fix leaning arborvitaes and properly cover exposed root balls.
I requested conditioning soil that was included in the quote but on the day of install it was completely forgotten and then misapplied on the top of the plantings instead of in the ground where it is much more useful. They dig holes that are the exact size of the root balls and barely deep enough to look planted--none of that 'make the hole twice the size of the root ball' stuff, not them.
Of course I was told that was wrong. Again, the customer is always wrong, especially when they hire Mint Landscaping. Side note 1, don't let them park in your driveway or you'll get sizable, multiple droppings of leaking motor oil. Side note 2, there is a Caryn K. that is an employee of Mint--is there a false review from an employee?
