I love everyone at Creative Brick! We just completed our third project with them and we're as happy as we were at the completion of the two before that. Alex and John feel like family. They aim to please and their goal is excellence in everything they do. They will not quit unless you are 100% satisfied. Our project this time was an extensive natural stone rennovation of the back patio in our new home.
It turned out beautiful. They built natural stone planter boxes into the side of our hill along with the retaining wall support and drainage. Bluestone steps were installed. We had a lot of flooding which is gone. For a great trusting experience and a great result trust Creative.

My family worked with this company for their backyard project and are extremely pleased and excited with how it turned out. No words can explain the outcome of their work. When my family sit in their backyard they feel like they are at a resort. Thank you to Alex and John, not only are they honest but also both have a lot of pride in their work and it shows. They both have been amazing to work with. As well with their staff have been Outstanding. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

What an excellent experience with the Creative Brick paving crew from start to finish. John and Alex worked with us to create the design that fit perfectly with our home, and the work done by Pepe and Enrique was old world craftsmanship at its best. The Creative Team stand behind their work and I highly recommend them.

Good work but they want to do it their way, not your way. The price was good and the quality was good. I was taken in by the friendliness and 'buddy' approach, and described what I wanted in as much detail as I could think of. The project involved a platform to lead into my unit which meant building against the fascia board and wall, and they said they would 'rubberize' it to protect it, which sounded good and better than others, but the execution was very poor until I complained and then John got involved to glue it (which he said they were going to do in the first place but only did it after I complained).
And I kept an inset planting area that was only 2' wide; they didn't tell me they put a 5 concrete skirt around all edges, which would have reduced the planting area by half. But overall the work was good; just make sure you stay involved at every turn.
