Services
Lawn Care Program
Our 5-application program combines fertilizer and weed control to maintain healthy, vibrant lawns. We adjust treatments seasonally, using quick-release nutrients in spring, slow-release formulas in summer, and winterizers in fall. Services include crabgrass prevention, broadleaf weed control, and customized plans for irrigated or low-maintenance properties. We prioritize transparency, recommending only necessary treatments while respecting client privacy and budgets.
Lawn Aeration
Core aeration alleviates soil compaction and improves nutrient absorption by creating 2-4-inch soil holes. This process enhances root growth, reduces thatch buildup, and improves water infiltration. Ideal for lawns with heavy foot traffic or clay soil, aeration promotes stronger turf resilience. We recommend this service for properties showing signs of compaction, such as standing water or thinning grass coverage.
Mosquito Control
Our mosquito control program uses fogging applications to target shrubs, trees, decks, and lawns, providing 21-day protection. The 5-application seasonal program runs from spring through fall, with optional single treatments for events. We use EPA-registered products that safely reduce mosquito populations while minimizing environmental impact. Clients receive guaranteed control, with follow-up treatments if effectiveness diminishes.
Tree & Shrub Care
Our 7-step program prevents disease and insect damage in ornamental trees and shrubs. Services include dormant oil sprays, deep-root fertilization, and targeted treatments for pests like aphids and scale. We address species-specific needs for maples, oaks, evergreens, and flowering plants. The program combines preventive care with seasonal treatments to maintain plant health and aesthetic value throughout the year.
Snow Removal
We provide 24/7 snow plowing and ice management for residential and commercial properties in Genesee and Shiawassee Counties. Services include hourly storm response, walkway clearing, and customized contracts. Our Certified Snow Professional uses radar technology and radio-dispatched trucks for timely service. We offer per-push agreements, seasonal contracts, and on-call options tailored to property requirements and client preferences.

Report
Second season with Stine Mosquito control. Last season, one application was all it took to make our summer enjoyable.
