I booked service (fall leaf cleanup) but they never came despite 5+ follow up phone calls. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you reliably get your work done. They won't call you either to provide any type of update, it's on you. Customer service was friendly enough, but again they shouldnt take the work if they didn't have the capacity to get the job done. They blamed poor weather, which is totally unacceptable, it was a late enough snow that it should of been done in plenty of time. Everywhere else I talked to got it done, except for this company.

Elite has taken care of lawn for many years and through many challenges of weather, grubs, weeds and fungus My lawn looks wonderful and continues to thrive. I also have Elite spray around my house for pest control and it takes such good care of bugs and etc. that I do not even have to think about them. I would highly recommend Elite.

This company was referred to me a month ago and I'm very disappointed. When they finally showed up to mow the first time, spots were missed and their blades need sharpened and it left high and low spots. They haven't been back yet to mow in 11 days, or reapply weed control for dandelions like I requested. I've had to call twice to see when they are coming to mow and their response has been poor. Office gal couldn't tell me if I was on schedule because their board wasn't filled out and that was two days ago. I asked her to call me back so I knew an estimated date or time and haven't heard back. My lawn looks overgrown and their customer service is poor.

This company is unreliable, has poor communication and delivers sub-par work. We are going to have to spend time and money fixing what we paid and trusted them to do. They are uninterested in customer satisfaction as we tried to work with them on numerous occasions to find a resolution. Every time we called the office, we had to leave a message and 95 percent of the time did not have our calls returned.
In the end, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which they chose to ignore. Word of mouth travels fast and in speaking with others, we are not their only unsatisfied customers. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere so you are not in the same situation we are in. We feel completely taken advantage of and saddened a business would take our hard-earned money and not deliver what was promised.
