Total lack of instructions for the (expensive) fountain I purchased - pay 400 for a small garden fountain and work it out yourself. Gave them a ring - sent me a technical specification sheet which was not help. Very disappointing - how difficult is it to put some instructions in with the packaging. Also - isn't it dangerous Electricity+ water+ no instructions. I would avoid this company.

Fantastic company, fantastic service, fantastic products. We already have a number of garden ornaments which really enhance our courtyard garden so when deciding to revamp our fireplace decided to go back to Haddonstone for a stone fire surround. We are pleased we made this choice as the product looks amazing and has transformed our living room. The whole process was smooth and professional as it should be for a premium brand. I would have no hesitation in recommending Haddonstone for both home and garden renovations.

Received my stunning vase from haddonstone yesterday. Looks great in my garden. Really knowledgeable and friendly company to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend.

Rubbish product. Rubbish customer service! First off, they didn't notify me my order was being delivered today. The product weighs almost 100kg, so would have required help to move into position. I needed advance notice to arrange someone to help. Second, the product arrived damaged (see image attached). I emailed the picture to them, they called back straight away, and the first thing they said was that I did it when lifting it out of its packaging.

They didn't ask if the packaging appeared damaged, or if I noticed it before lifting it out of the pallet, they went straight in and blamed me. I noticed the damage before placing it on the ground, so was particularly annoyed by this. I was then told that chipping like this can occur when new, and that there was no guarantee it wouldn't happen again if they sent a replacement. How can you sell a product for this price if you don't have confidence it isnt going to chip like this? Massively overpriced! And to top it all off, I now have to wait 2 weeks for them to come and collect it before issuing me a refund. Buy elsewhere!

Other people will have had this issue I am sure. I live on a narrow lane and the house is set back from the road with a 60 degree gradient driveway in parts. We need small vehicles to get goods to us. Try arranging this with this company though and it is a disaster. They are happy to take your money and reassure you that all will be well, but unfortunately the lack of relationship management between themselves and the distribution channels means that you are left sorting out problems with delivery yourself.

Today my goods turned up on an 18 ton wagon, in spite of me advising them against this. The driver had to return to the depot. I have taken a day off to accept the goods, but now I don't have them anyway. Customer first? Not really when things are very much left to chance and the customer is left to sort out the mess themselves. Unless you have the time and energy to do the spade work in ensuring the right delivery for your circumstances, I would avoid this company.
