Overall quite good, but. New staff should be trained not to say "no, we don't", but instead politely say: "I'm not sure; do you mind if I find out?" I came in today looking for a common item that a dedicated garden center should carry, and instead of accepting "no we don't", I looked around and found what I needed in under 3 minutes.

I love New England Nurseries. The management and the work crew from top to bottom are really honest, hard working, helpful and knowledgeable people. They work very hard, they stand behind their products and they really try their hardest to please their customers! I fully recommend them without reservation.

I went there looking for sweet peperbush and found it. They were very helpful and had a large selection of other plants. I will definitely be back to make my other purchases there.
