We've worked with Mark and his team on two different projects. The first was a complete reconstruction of the old drain system in our yard and the addition of a better drainage and piping. Our basement had flooded and we were desperate. We got a few quotes for proposed "fixes" and Mark was the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the proposed work. It's been over a year, and our basement has remained dry.
More recently we called him again for the replacement of steps to our basement door, additional of a small stone area for wood storage, and a retaining wall. He worked with us to create exactly what we wanted, while staying within our budget. The final project looks great, and we've had friends and neighbors inquire about who we hired. Mark has always been responsive to our questions and changes along the way.
It's refreshing to work with someone that helps you figure out what will work for your home, both to protect it and make it look great, and not be pressured into buying the "best" products, or biting off more than we can chew financially. We look forward to working with him on more projects int he future.

I have been working with Mark and his staff for 10 years. Masseo has performed a number of different landscaping projects including tree planting, tree removal, construction of a raised bed garden, and renovation of our front entry. The staff and crews are smart, friendly, hard working and reliable. The company gives back to New Paltz and the surrounding area, volunteering time and materials for community projects and sponsoring local events. We are really fortunate to have Masseo Landscape here in the Hudson Valley.

Masseo Landscape have done more than one project for me. We built a house 3 years ago and Masseo Landscape did all of the excavating. Mark and his staff were incredibly helpful and professional during a very high stress time. They took very good care of us & did a stand up job. Our second project was needing a little more excavation & holes dug for our deck. Again, Mark handled everything with ease & professionalism. He had great advice and we really appreciated that he dealt with it all while we were away! Thank you, Masseo Landscape

We needed a retaining wall to prevent erosion and increase the usable space around our garage. It was a big job in a difficult, confined space but Mark Masseo and his crew did a great job. They were polite and professional, mindful of the neighbors along our shared driveway and always left the job site safe and tidy when they left for the day. Mark is very hands on and was always available when we had questionsevery time I called I got Mark, not his voicemail. He even took the time to explain the work to our neighbors so that everyone felt great about the project, not just us.
