Landtech Contractors founded by Larry Overley began as a two-person professional landscaping company in 1987. Today, our team of over 200 employees is specialized in commercial landscaping construction, maintenance, estimating, and irrigation. Our commitment to excellence in commercial landscaping for new construction projects as well as existing properties requiring landscape maintenance is second to none with our highly trained and certified staff.Landtech has three offices along the Front Range serving the Denver Metro area, Northern Colorado, and Southern Colorado.
City of Aurora Public Safety Training Center

The scope of work for the City of Aurora's Public Safety Training Center included landscaping in the parking lot and around the buildings to make the area look more inviting and vital. The area also needed 10.5 acres seeded with native grasses. Despite scheduling challenges, plant shortages, and weather delays, Landtech completed the job successfully.
