I used Birch Mountain last year to address a water issue on my property. These are photos from this year of the dry well installed. I'm still processing this and the new issues (bugs, frogs, mosquitos, eyesore) that is now my back yard. Services: Yard drainage, Grading & resloping

They delivered the wrong material to our driveway. We stopped the load as soon as we saw it was wrong. They told us they do not have a invoice or any paperwork which is why this happened. They insisted everything had to be verbal. They have taken advantage of a veteran that is over 60 years old. They are keeping the rest of the load and we are paying for it. There was no resolving the issue. All the owner did was blame us rather than resolve the issue. We asked that he research the matter and get back to us and he didn't. He also held up our project 5 days because he did not work with us. Very poor customer service.

For years my husband and I have been getting topsoil and mulch from this company. We have found the staff to always be helpful and the products to be just what we needed. It is nice to deal with folks who, you can tell, really enjoy their job. Highly Recommend!
